Description

A trilogy that tells the historical expression of the Maison De Venoge, located in Epernay. These are the three versions of the Princes line, a tribute to the founder Joseph De Venoge and the bottles created by him for the royal family of the Orange. This casket combines the velvety delicacy of Blanc de Blancs - composed entirely of Chardonnay grapes and aged in contact with the fermentation yeasts for 5 years - with the elegant character of Blanc de Noirs - where Pinot Noir from Montagne de Reims is expressed in a 5-year aging on the lees - to then end with the lively fruit of the Rosè version - also entirely composed of Pinot Noir grapes and refined with a 5-year aging on the lees. The excellence of these products is primarily due to the noble origin of the grapes used, which were harvested exclusively from Grand Cru and Premier Cru.
