Description
Champagne L'Extra is produced by Maison Morel, in the municipality of Les Riceys.
Champagne is made from pure Pinot Noir grapes. After vinification, sparkling wine is made according to the Champenoise method and subsequently involves aging on the yeasts for 5 years.
It is characterized by a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with aromas of white flowers and marked mineral notes. On the palate it is fresh and tasty, with a persistent finish.
Excellent in combination with seafood and fresh goat cheeses.
