Champagne AOC Rosé Deutz
Description
The Champagne Brut Rosé from Deutz comes from vineyards located on the slopes of the Reims Mountain and the Vallé de la Marne, wine-growing areas from which the Grand Cru of Champagne originate.
It is mainly produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After the classic vinification processes that take place separately for the two varieties and the assembly, which involves a small addition of red wine from old Aÿ vineyards, the sparkling process takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the champenoise method, with subsequent aging on the lees .
Champagne Brut Rosé from Deutz is characterized by an iridescent pink color and a very fine perlage. The nose opens with delicate aromas of cherry, blackberry and black currant, enriched with fragrant notes of brioche and mineral notes. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with intense hints of raspberries and strawberries.
Excellent for the aperitif moment, this sparkling wine is able to accompany the whole meal, in particular salmon, fresh cheeses and red meats.
