Description

Champagne Brut AOC Les Prémices Egly-Ouriet is one of the first champagnes created by the Maison and today as then it comes from grapes from the family vineyards of the village of Trigny.

This cuvée is composed of the assembly in equal parts of three grape varieties: 1/3 Chardonnay, 1/3 Pinot Meunier and 1/3 Pinot Noir, which give a perfect balance.

The bright straw yellow of this Champagne only reveals all its complexity, its aromas in balance between the citrusy of Pinot Noir, the tropical of Chardonnay, and the softer and more delicious notes of Pinot Meunier. A very high level Champagne, mineral and structured, with sophisticated notes of brioche and dried fruit.

Ideal for a romantic aperitif, with raw fish, sushi or fried food.
