Description

Soutiran Champagne Brut Grand Cru Cuvèe Non Dosè comes from vineyards located in the heart of the AOC Champagne.

It is produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After the classic vinification processes, the sparkling process takes place by refermentation in the bottle, followed by aging on its lees before disgorgement.

The Champagne Brut Grand Cru Non Dosè of Soutiran is characterized by a straw yellow color, with golden reflections, and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with inviting honeyed notes, enriched with herbaceous and fresh almond hints. In the mouth it proves fresh and harmonious, with a herbaceous and anise aftertaste that accompanies towards a pleasantly persistent and mineral finish.
