Champagne AOC Brut Millésimé 2006 Laurent-Perrier

The Champagne Brut Millésimé of the Maison Laurent-Perrier is born in vineyards cultivated in the historic area of Champagne.

It is produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, harvested by hand in the vintage selected between the first and last week of September and then left to age for 8 years. This has contributed to making this Champagne Millesimato very complex and extremely interesting in all its aspects.

This Champagne Brut Millésimé has a light yellow color, with a delicate and elegant perlage. The nose offers a subtle but refined aroma of pineapple and dried apricot, enriched with toasted almond notes. In the mouth it is round and pleasant, thanks to an excellent balance between freshness and intensity. The finish is lively, with hints of white peach and plum.

Perfect to accompany the aperitif moment, it also goes well with fish and shellfish.
