Champagne AOC Brut Quintessence 2005 Lelarge Pugeot

The Champagne Premier Cru Brut Quintessence of LeLarge-Pugeot comes from vineyards located in the heart of the renowned Marne, a sub-area of the AOC Champagne.

It is mainly produced with Chardonnay grapes and with Pinot Nero and Pinot Meunier grapes, harvested and selected by hand, in the oldest vineyards of the company. The vinification takes place half in oak barrels, followed by sparkling wine by refermentation in the bottle, where it remains to refine its organoleptic characteristics, before being marketed.

The Quintessence of LeLarge-Pugeot is characterized by a straw yellow color, with golden reflections, and by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with intense hints of yellow fruits, enriched by the fragrance of bread crust. On the palate it is elegant and persistent aromatic.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal to accompany appetizers and first courses.
