Description

The Chardonnay from the Varietals line by Canti is a dry white wine made from selected Chardonnay grapes, designed to offer a fresh and immediate tasting experience. The clear and brilliant appearance of the bottle, combined with its essential label, makes it ideal with everyday simplicity and elegance in the glass.

The vinification takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperature to preserve the primary aromas of the grape variety and its natural liveliness. After fermentation, the wine rests briefly on the lees to acquire greater aromatic complexity, while maintaining a light and pleasant structure on the palate.

In appearance, it is straw yellow with greenish reflections. The aroma is intense, with well-defined fruity and floral notes. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, and characterized by a clean and clear sensation, perfectly reflecting its aromatic components.

Ideal as an aperitif, it complements well with fish dishes, cold cuts, fresh cheeses, and omelettes.
