Chianti Classico DOCG 2018 Fattoria di Luiano

This Chianti Classico was born in the vineyards of Fattoria di Luiano, in the province of Florence.

The wine is mainly produced with Sangiovese grapes and completed with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, harvested and selected in September. After maceration and fermentation processes, the must is left to rest for about 16 months in steel and for another 6 months in oak barrels, where it stabilizes and enriches its organoleptic characteristics. A brief refinement in the bottle follows before being put on the market.

It has a very intense ruby red color, with rich aromas of ripe red fruits and delicate notes of tea and violet that delight the nose. On the palate it expresses a large and velvety body, which gives it a pleasant drinkability.

Perfect to accompany first courses and cold cuts and cold cuts, it is also excellent with red meats.
