Description

The Chianti Classico Acino d'Oro di Bottega is born in vineyards located in the historic area of Chianti.

It is produced with Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, harvested only by hand. After the pressing, the fermentation takes place with maceration in wooden vats at controlled temperature for about 15 days. A period of refinement in oak barrels for 3-4 months follows.

This Chianti Classico is characterized by an intense ruby red color with garnet hues. The nose opens with an intense and vinous bouquet, with pleasant notes of fruit and spices. On the palate it is fresh and dry, balanced and slightly tannic.

This wine is perfect to accompany red meats, cold cuts and aged cheeses.
