Chianti Classico DOCG Terre di Prenzano 2015 Vignamaggio

The Chianti Classico Terre di Prenzano di Vignamaggio is born in vineyards located in the Florentine municipality of Greve in Chianti, in the heart of the Chianti Classico DOCG.

It is produced entirely with Sangiovese grapes, harvested and selected by hand between the end of September and the first days of October. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, the wine ages for 12 months in oak barrels and for another 3 months in the bottle before being placed on the market.

Terre di Prenzano di Vignamaggio is characterized by an intense red color. The nose opens with pleasant hints of cherry and raspberry. On the palate it is full, balanced and round.

Perfect to accompany roasts and game, it is ideal in combination with noble poultry and grilled red meats.
