Description

The Chianti Colli Senesi Borgo alla Terra is born in vineyards located in the Sienese municipality of San Gimignano, in the heart of the DOCG Chianti Colli Senesi.

It is mainly produced with Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After the classic red winemaking processes, the wine ages for a few months in the bottle before being placed on the market.

The Chianti Colli Senesi Borgo alla Terra has a ruby red color, tending to garnet with aging. The nose opens with intense aromas of berries and cherries, enriched with spicy notes. On the palate it is dry and harmonious, with well-smoothed tannins and a clean and persistent finish.

Perfect with first courses and appetizers, this Chianti is excellent with not too elaborate red meats.
