Chianti DOCG Drove 2016 Pasolini dall'Onda

Pasolini dall'Onda's Chianti Drove was born in vineyards located in the historic Barberino di Val d'Elsa farm, in the heart of the extraordinary Chianti area.

It is mainly produced with Sangiovese grapes and with grapes of other complementary vines, harvested between the second and third ten days of September. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C for about 10 days. Subsequently the wine ages in oak barrels for about 3 months and for a further month in the bottle before being sold.

It is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with an intense and vinous bouquet, with pleasant hints of red fruits. On the palate it is pleasantly dry, round and delicately lively.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and first courses, it is ideal in combination with red meats.
