Description

The Chardonnay Emiliana originates from vineyards located in the Casablanca Valley, in the heart of Chile. Emiliana cultivates its vineyards with the utmost respect for the land, avoiding the use of substances harmful to the environment.

The vineyards grow on soils poor in water and composed mainly of sand and clay. After fermentation, the wine matures for 3 months, 95% in stainless steel and the remaining 5% in French oak barrels.

Medium-intensity straw yellow in color, it offers tropical notes of grapefruit, pineapple and a hint of wild herbs on the nose. On the palate it is vibrant and well-balanced, with a rich texture and a very pleasant, lingering finish.

It pairs well with white meat dishes, grilled fish and shellfish.
