Description
Beaumont di Domaine Breton originates from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the wine-growing area called Chinon, within the Loire Valley.
A type of organic agriculture leads to having healthy grapes at the time of the harvest, which takes place strictly by hand. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation follows an aging in wooden containers with a duration of about 12 months.
In the glass shows its deep ruby red color. The scent reveals fruity notes of cherry and raspberry, parallel to a spicy timbre. In the mouth it has good fresh and savory features, inserted in a body of great structure and balance.
