Description

Chinon Blanc Cuvée Rochette by Pascal et Béatrice Lambert is born in vineyards, organically and biodynamically run, located in Cravant-les-Coteaux, in the famous French wine region of the Loire Valley.

It is produced entirely with Chenin Blanc grapes, manually harvested in boxes once it has reached perfect maturity. After traditional fermentation in steel at controlled temperature, the wine always refines in steel, on the fine lees, and in oak barrels.

It has a straw yellow color. On the nose sensations of grapefruit and candied citrus predominate. In the mouth it is pleasantly fresh and balanced.

Perfect to accompany crustaceans, molluscs and fish dishes in general, it is ideal in combination with fresh goat cheeses and blue cheeses.
