Méditerranée IGP Rouge Cinsault 2022 Le Paradou

Paradou Accent & Nuances is made from Cinsault Rosso grapes and represents an authentic tribute to the Provencal culture.

The grapes come from soils composed mostly of clay, sand and limestone and are located between 200 and 300 meters above sea level. After destemming, the grapes are left to macerate in concrete to ensure controlled extraction of color. Fermentation follows without aging in wood.

Intense ruby red, it opens on the nose with red fruits such as raspberries and red currants, before filling the palate in a harmonious and balanced way, with a refreshing charge introduced by cherry aromas, floral notes of rose and a pleasant spiciness.

Perfect for semi-mature, roasted and grilled cheeses, it goes well with grilled vegetables and elegant appetizers such as dates with baked bacon.
