Colli Trevigiani IGT Wildbacher 2013 Conte Collalto
Description
The Colli Trevigiani Wildbacher di Conte Collalto was born in vineyards located on the Treviso hills to the left of the Piave river.
It is produced exclusively with Wildbacher grapes, harvested between 10 and 20 October. After a soft pressing, fermentation takes place in steel and concrete, at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C for 10 days. It then ages in the bottle for at least 6 months before being placed on the market.
Conte Collalto's Wildbacher has an intense ruby red color, which tends to garnet with aging. The nose opens with hints of ripe blackberry and tobacco, enriched with notes of herbs and hay. On the palate it is typically bitter, savory and balanced.
Perfect to accompany meat dishes, it is ideal in combination with sauces and spiced sauces.
