Description

The Cabernet Sauvignon of the Livon company comes from the vineyards located in the municipality of Dolegna del Collio, in the Friuli DOC Collio.

This wine is produced exclusively with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested entirely by hand. After a soft destemming and subsequent fermentation for 18 days on the skins, the product is left to mature in barriques and in steel tanks at a constant temperature of 16 ° C. After the evolutionary phase, the wine is bottled and bottle aging continues.

This Cabernet Sauvignon has a ruby red color. The nose has a decisive raspberry and blueberry scent, which is accompanied by interesting notes of licorice and spicy aromas. In the mouth it is soft and fresh, with a persistent and well balanced finish.

It goes perfectly with savory first courses, red meats and game.
