Description

The Collio Sauvignon Blanc from the Isidoro Polencic winery was born in the vineyards located in the municipality of Cormòns, in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

It is produced exclusively from Sauvignon grapes, harvested and selected by expert hands in early September. After fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, the wine ages in steel for a few months before being bottled.

This Collio Sauvignon Blanc is characterized by a pale straw yellow color. The nose opens with a delicate and fresh aromatic bouquet, with hints of green pepper, sage and tomato leaves. On the palate it is fresh, dry and elegant.

Ideal to serve during light and quick aperitifs based on fish, it is perfect to combine with seafood and seasonal vegetables delicately seasoned.
