Description

The Columbia Valley Riesling Eroica was born in the vineyards of Chateau Ste Michelle, located on the hills of Columbia Valley, one of the areas with the highest wine-growing vocation in the state of Washington, United States.

It is produced with pure Riesling grapes, harvested at night when the temperature is lower to preserve its aromas and directly pressed, so as not to lose its freshness. Subsequently, the grapes undergo a slow fermentation process to enhance the fruity aromas.

White wine with peach and sweet lime aromas, enriched with mineral notes. In the mouth it has a pleasant acidity, excellently balanced by the fruity flavors typical of the grape variety.

Perfect to accompany delicate risotto, this wine is ideal in combination with fish, shellfish and seafood dishes.
