Description

Château Smith is a 100% Cabernet inspired by the traditional Bordeaux winemaking style.

It is mainly obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, to which small quantities of Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc grapes are added. After a fermentation that included a maceration of over 25 days on the skins, the wine is aged for 10 months, 40% in French oak barrels.

Wine with an intense ruby red color, it evokes clear sensations of black berried fruits, graphite and wet earth to the nose. In the mouth it is a masterpiece: intense, deep and complex.

Ideal to combine with a grilled steak, it goes well with a platter of cured meats and aged cheeses.
