Description

Venturini Baldini's Pure Condiment 1976 is produced by slowly maturing cooked grape must in the centuries-old oak barrels of the historic Acetaia di Canossa. The stopper is also made of oak wood, further sanctioning the role that the barrels play for the realization of this condiment.

Venturini Baldini's Puro 1976 stands out for its characteristic dark brown color. The nose is pleasantly intense and sweet and sour. In the mouth it is noble, enveloping and persistent.

Suitable for pairing with tasty and spicy cheeses, it is used with fruit, pastry creams and ice cream. Also suitable for serving at the end of a meal.
