Description
The Prosecco Superiore Brut 1868 of Carpenè Malvolti comes from vineyards located on the slopes of the gentle hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.
It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes. Prosecco 1868 takes its name from the year in which the winery was located in Conegliano, a terroir known for the production of sparkling wines of great value.
It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a delicate bouquet, with hints of green apple, enriched with pleasant citrus notes and light vegetable nuances. On the palate it is soft, with a pleasantly aromatic body and a fresh acidity.
Perfect to accompany aperitifs, first courses and risotto, it is ideal in combination with fish and white meat dishes.
