Description
The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry from Canevel comes from vineyards located on the Treviso hills, in the heart of the Valdobbiadene DOCG.
It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes, harvested and selected only by hand, between the end of September and the first days of October. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place in steel autoclaves at controlled temperature, according to the Charmat method.
The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry from Canavel is characterized by a pale straw yellow color, with light greenish hues. The nose opens with a large and intense apple bouquet, enriched with notes of wisteria and acacia. On the palate it is well structured, elegant and harmonious.
Excellent as an aperitif, this sparkling wine is perfect to accompany delicate dishes and desserts.
