Description

Chapitre Blanc is a dry white wine from the Côtes du Rhône denomination, produced from a blend of Grenache, Viognier, Roussanne, and Marsanne. The grapes come from HVE certified vineyards, grown on limestone and ancient alluvial soils that impart minerality and freshness. It's a cuvée designed to offer immediacy and pleasure, perfect to enjoy on any occasion.

The fresh grapes are directly pressed and fermented at low temperatures to preserve their primary aromas. The careful attention in the winery results in a round, expressive, and harmonious wine, already ready to drink upon its release on the market.

The color is bright light yellow. On the nose, it reveals floral and fruity aromas, followed by light herbal notes. On the palate, it is round and generous, with good acidity and a balanced finish, ideal for those seeking a balanced and versatile white wine.

It pairs well with roasted fish, tuna tartare, oysters, white meats, or fresh dishes like salads and burrata with citrus.
