Chapitre Rosé is a fruity rosé from the Côtes du Rhône denomination, made from Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan grapes grown on calcareous and alluvial soils in HVE certified vineyards. It is designed to be a fresh, lively, and accessible wine, perfect for summer conviviality.

The vinification process involves destemming and direct pressing or the “bleeding” technique, in order to preserve delicacy and aromatic freshness. The wine is ready to drink immediately, with an immediate and harmonious style.

Visually, it is distinguished by a pale pink color with salmon reflections. On the nose, it opens up with aromas of red fruits (wild strawberries, raspberries) and light floral notes. The sip is lively, tasty, and characterized by a beautiful summer freshness.

It pairs perfectly with light dishes such as raw or grilled fish, bruschetta, summer salads, or outdoor barbecues.
