Description

Ca’ Brusade Bianco is a wine from the Freccianera line produced by Fratelli Berlucchi in Franciacorta, made entirely from Chardonnay grapes; it represents a refined expression of the territory, skillfully combining elegance, freshness, and a subtle savory touch that evokes the history and identity of the winery.

Vinification focuses on preserving the aromatic integrity and varietal finesse of the Chardonnay, with fermentation at a controlled temperature to enhance fragrance and expressive precision; the cellar process prioritizes balance and stylistic purity, maintaining a structure that is delicate yet solid, with a silky texture on the palate.

In the glass, it appears a very pale straw yellow with greenish highlights, bright; on the nose, it reveals a delicate, elegant, and continuous bouquet, with notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, and light iodized hints; on the palate, it is dry and harmonious, supported by pleasant freshness and a distinctive savory streak that accompanies a refined and persistent finish.

It pairs elegantly with fish dishes, shellfish, delicate appetizers, and light vegetable-based preparations.
