Description

Màndola Rosso is a wine from the Freccianera line produced by Fratelli Berlucchi in the Franciacorta region, made from a blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot; it embodies the "house red" interpretation, where the structure and robustness of Bordeaux grape varieties blend with elegance and harmony, expressing the distinctive character of the production area.

Vinification is carried out with care to enhance the unique qualities of each variety, through temperature-controlled fermentations and careful management of maceration, thus achieving a balance between aromatic component, structure, and finesse; the cellar process is focused on preserving integrity, a continuous taste profile, and stylistic consistency.

It presents a clear, bright ruby red color; on the nose, it offers spicy aromas with hints of woodland and ripe fruit; on the palate, it is dry, with elegant savoriness, a structure that is light yet persistent, and a well-balanced harmony between the different varietal components.

It pairs well with red meats, roasts, flavorful first courses, and medium-aged cheeses, enhancing their structure and aromatic intensity.
