Description

This alcohol-free sparkling white wine is produced by the historic winery Freiherr von Gleichenstein, active for nearly 400 years in the Kaiserstuhl region of Germany. The careful selection of grapes and attentive vinification result in a refined product that combines freshness and elegance, while preserving the varietal characteristics thanks to a delicate dealcoholization process.

After traditional fermentation, the alcohol is removed using an advanced method that preserves the primary aromas of the wine. The addition of carbon dioxide contributes to a fine and persistent sparkle, while the residual sugar balances the acidity, creating a harmonious and enveloping sip.

On the nose, it stands out with its fruity notes of pear and mirabelle, enriched by a delicate hint of brioche. On the palate, it is fresh, creamy, and well-balanced, with fine bubbles that enhance its elegance and aromatic complexity, offering a pleasant tasting experience.

Perfect as a refined aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with seafood and light desserts such as panna cotta and zabaglione with fruit.
