Description
Angelo Scaroni's Bianco delle Venezie Amen comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Breganze, in the province of Vicenza.
It is produced with pure Gewürztraminer grapes, harvested exclusively by hand at late ripening. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Angelo Scaroni 's Amen has an intense golden yellow color. The nose opens with aromas of yellow flowers and very ripe peach, enriched with elegant notes of candied ginger and acacia honey. On the palate it is enveloping and fresh, with a pleasant finish on notes of dried fruit.
Perfect to accompany medium-aged cheeses and fois gras, this sweet wine is ideal in combination with all dry pastries.
