Delle Venezie IGT Ribolla Gialla 2015 Villa Chiopris

The Ribolla Gialla of Villa Chiopris was born in the Tenuta RoncAlto, located in the municipality of Dolegna del Collio.

This wine is made exclusively from Ribolla Gialla grapes, manually harvested in boxes. After an 8-hour horizontal maceration and cleaning of the must by decanting, it is left to ferment in steel for about 4 months, at controlled temperatures of 14-10 ° C. After the fermentation phase, the wine is left with a little sugar residue on the lees, before being bottled.

This Ribolla Gialla has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is dominated by the heady and fresh scent of red Williams pears. In the mouth it brings a good acidity, accompanied by an excellent softness that gives a good balance.

Perfect for the aperitif moment, it also goes very well with light fish appetizers, risotto and very delicate fish dishes.
