Description
Rosso delle Venezie Fuoco by Angelo Scaroni comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Breganze, in the province of Vicenza.
It is mainly produced with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
It has a concentrated ruby red color. The nose opens with floral hints of violet, enriched with fruity notes of blueberry and ripe blackberry and spiced with star anise, black pepper, vanilla tobacco and menthol. On the palate it is sapid and of good tannins, pleasantly persistent.
Perfect to accompany grilled red meats and cold cuts, this wine is ideal in combination with stewed fish and medium-aged cheeses.
