Description

The Dolcetto d'Alba di Rapalino was born in vineyards located in the municipalities of Alba and Neviglie, in the extraordinary panorama of the Langhe, an ancient wine-growing area surrounded by rolling hills and historic vineyards.

It is produced exclusively with Dolcetto grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26 ° C for 10 days, with continuous pumping over. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers for 12 months and for a further 6 months in bottle.

It is characterized by a ruby red color, with violet reflections. The nose opens with rich aromas of black cherry and raspberry, enriched with pleasant notes of tobacco and light shades of almonds. On the palate it is powerful, with an elegant and excellent drinkability. The wine has a pleasantly almondy finish.

Perfect to accompany first courses and red meats, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
