Dolcetto d'Alba DOC Savincato 2015 Tenuta L'Illuminata

The Dolcetto D'Alba Savincato from Tenuta l'Illuminata was born in the vineyards located in the La Mora area, in Piedmont.

It is produced exclusively with Dolcetto D'Alba grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine is initially refined for 6 - 7 months in wine tanks and for a period of at least 3 months in bottle, before being released on the market.

This Dolcetto D'Alba has a deep ruby red color, with evident violet reflections. The nose is intense and fruity, enriched with hints of small red fruits such as blackberry, blueberry and cherry. On the palate it is harmonious, full and gives a persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany all meals, it is ideal if paired with appetizers and aged cheeses.
