Dubl Brut Metodo Classico Feudi di San Gregorio

Brut dosage bubbles from the Dubl series, Classic Method interpretations of native Campania vines.

It is made of 100% Falanghina grapes, expressing its typical character together with that characteristic of the champenoise method, after 24 months of aging in contact with its own yeasts.

The color is bright straw yellow, the minute and persistent perlage. It opens with fruity notes of peach and ripe Golden apple, embellished with hints of chamomile. On the palate it is graceful and dynamic, with pleasant returns of ginger and roots.

Perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with sushi or sashimi dishes, as well as raw fish in general.
