Description

The Isolano white wine by Dolce&Gabbana and Donnafugata is produced on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, in the estate located in the Municipality of Randazzo and other particularly suitable areas. It is part of the Dolce&Gabbana and Donnafugata collection, two Made in Italy realities united by their unconditional love for Sicily.

The wine is made from Carricante grapes. After a gentle pressing, the must is fermented in steel at a controlled temperature. The wine was aged for 9 months in tanks and then in the bottle for over 14 months before being released on the market.

Straw yellow in color, it offers fragrant citrus and mineral scents (flint), notes of yellow-fleshed fruit, and Mediterranean herbs on the nose. The sip is distinguished by elegance, persistence, and volcanic minerality.

It pairs well with shellfish, vegetarian first courses, fish-based dishes or white meats.
