Description
The Etna Bianco Salisire of the Vivera Company was born in the municipality of Linguaglossa, located in the north-east side of Etna, in Sicily.
It is produced from pure Carricante grapes, coming from organic agriculture, selected and harvested during the second week of October. After the soft vacuum pressing of the destemmed grapes, the must ferments at a controlled temperature of 14 ° -16 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages on the fine lees for about 10 months and for a further 6 months in bottle.
Etna Bianco Salisire is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a fruity bouquet of pineapple and citrus, enriched with fresh balsamic and mineral hints. On the palate it is pleasantly sapid, harmonious and light.
It is perfect to combine with risotto with shrimp or spaghetti with fresh pesto, it is ideal to serve with oysters and with all courses based on raw fish.
