Description

Scotch whiskey of the Glenglassaugh distillery was born in Sandend bay, in a position on the border between Speyside and the Highlands which together with the proximity to the sea influence the personality of the distillate. It is the result of an aging carried out entirely in American oak barrels previously used for the aging of Tennessee whiskey.

In the glass it shows a golden yellow hue with slight amber shades. It offers the nose a variegated bouquet with hints of pineapple and caramelized pear that prelude a robust and vibrant taste marked by notes of oak, green apple and barley, directed towards a finish of vanilla and berries.

Perfect to serve neat or to be diluted with a few drops of water to highlight its sensory properties.
