Description

Franciacorta Brut which could be called a Blanc de Blancs because entirely made from Chardonnay grapes, is the elegance interpreted by the Castelveder cellar, aged on the lees for 24 months.

Illuminates the glass with its bright straw yellow color, embroidered with a minute and persistent perlage. Intense floral sensations are perceived on the nose which mix with hints of bread crust and vanilla. Soft and generous, it expresses a fine persistence on the palate.

Perfect for the whole meal, it is recommended both in the company of steamed shellfish and cold cuts.
