Description
Franciacorta Brut Castelveder is almost a Blanc de Blancs because it is made entirely from Chardonnay grapes
The choice of these grapes is made to obtain a Franciacorta of great elegance, in full Castelveder style, completed with aging on the lees for 24 months.
Illuminates the glass with its brilliant straw yellow color, embroidered with a minute and persistent perlage. The nose is caressed by floral sensations that mix with hints of bread crust and vanilla. Soft and generous on the palate, it expresses a fine persistence that ends with a pleasant finish.
Perfect for the whole meal, this sparkling wine gives great satisfaction both paired with steamed shellfish, and as an aperitif, with salami and cold cuts and appetizing fried foods.
