Description
Pearl of the Castelveder winery in Monticelli Brusati, this Franciacorta Rosé is the emblem of a young style but supported by an experience that has lived since 1975. 100% Pinot Noir, it remains on the lees for 24 months.
Dress the glass in an elegant pinkish color tending to copper. The nose unfolds a wide range of aromas ranging from notes of rose and wisteria to those of small red fruits. On the palate it is fresh, soft and balanced, with a pleasantly mineral and citrus aftertaste.
Excellent with appetizers, sautéed mushrooms or white meats. A must try with a vegetable quiche.
