Description
Villa Crespia is the Franciacorta estate which allows the Muratori family to express their vision of the Brescia Classic Method. The Grand Cuvée is the passpartout label that allows you to access the style of the cellar in its full form.
It consists entirely of Chardonnay, harvested from the only S.Lorenzo vineyard, defined by clayey alluvial soils. After having stood on the lees for 5 months in steel, during the vinification phase, the refermented wine lies on the lees again for 24 months.
The broom flower intertwines with a festive abundance of white and yellow fleshed fruit. The structure acts as a pivot for the fresh and savory development of the sip, which extends the finesse of its personality and the involving creaminess of the yeast.
Perfect for balancing a crouton with butter and anchovies. Ideal with desserts and appetizers.
