Description

The Franciacorta Brut by Lancini is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, two varieties that contribute elegance and structure, respectively, to the wine’s profile. The dosage underpins a balanced, fresh style, crafted for versatile pairing from aperitif to the dining table.

The grapes undergo gentle, low-yield pressing and the must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Tirage takes place in the spring following the harvest, followed by over 30 months of aging on the lees and a further 6 months of rest after disgorgement.

In the glass it shows a straw-yellow color with golden highlights. The nose offers ripe fruit aromas accompanied by fresh citrus notes; on the palate it stands out for freshness and balance, with the structure of Pinot Noir harmoniously integrated with the elegance of Chardonnay.

Ideal as an aperitif and suitable throughout the meal, it pleasantly accompanies dishes that are not overly spiced, thanks to its marked freshness and its ability to enhance flavors without overpowering them.
