Franciacorta DOCG Essence Brut Rosé 2014 Antica Fratta
Description
Antica Fratta's Franciacorta Brut Rosé Essence represents the elegance of Franciacorta, the perfect expression of an extraordinary terroir.
It is produced 55% with Pinot Noir grapes and 45% with Chardonnay grapes, harvested between late August and early September. The wine ages on the lees for 30 months and for a further 5-6 months in the bottle.
It is characterized by a soft pink color, with golden reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with an intense bouquet, characterized by hints of red fruits enriched with pleasant spicy notes. On the palate it is intense, balanced and pleasantly fragrant, with a good body and excellent persistence.
Perfect to accompany first courses and fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with cold cuts and cold cuts.
