Description

Alma Rosé Assemblage is an elegant Extra Brut rosé sparkling wine from Bellavista winery, made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The grapes come from carefully selected vineyards of the estate, with an average vine age of about 27-28 years.

Manual harvesting takes place between the end of August and early September, and the free-run juice is extracted through gentle pressing. Aging occurs on the lees for about 30 months, with some of the wines aged in oak barrels to give the wine greater complexity. Bottling is scheduled for June, and the riddling is carried out manually, enhancing the sensory quality of the product.

With a bright antique pink color, it stands out for its fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it offers delicate notes of orange blossom and candied citrus. On the palate, it is fresh and fragrant, with a pleasant breadth and a perfect balance between acidity and minerality, with a clear and long finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with fish dishes, shellfish, and white meats.
