The Franciacorta Extra Brut Millesimato EBB by Mosnel comes from the Dosso, Limbo, Mosnel and Roccolo vineyards, located in the municipality of Passirano, in the province of Brescia. This bubble is a tribute to Emanuela Barzanò Barboglio, the first to define the production ideology of Mosnel, which is based on the characteristics of the specific vineyard and the potential offered by the territory.

Chardonnay grape flower must is obtained from it alone. After fermentation in small oak barrels, the wine is sent to the second fermentation and remains in contact with its yeasts for at least 36 months.

It has a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, with an abundant foam. It opens to the nose with a rich and intriguing bouquet, with hints of ripe fruit that blend with a background of yellow flowers and vanilla. In the mouth it is dry and decisive, with an unexpected flavour and vigor, expressing a charm capable of giving strong emotions.

Ideal throughout the meal, it goes well with appetizers and raw fish.
