Description

The Franciacorta Brut of the Fratus company was born in the vineyards, organically run, located on the hills of Montorfano, in the prestigious area of Franciacorta.

It is mainly produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested manually and vinified in white. It follows the fermentation phase at low temperature and a long refinement in the bottle before being put on the market.

This Franciacorta Brut is characterized by a straw yellow color, with greenish reflections, and by a persistent perlage. The nose offers a very fresh aromatic scent, accompanied by strong yeast notes. In the mouth it is very balanced and easy to drink, with a good flavor and a persistent aftertaste with notes of almonds.

It can be perfectly combined with appetizers and vegetables. It is ideal for the aperitif moment.
