Franciacorta DOCG Rosé Demi Sec La Montina

Spumante Franciacorta Rosé Demi-Sec is born in the vineyards of the Tenute La Montina located between Lake Iseo and the morainic amphitheater of Franciacorta, in the province of Brescia

It is produced 60% with Pinot Noir grapes and 40% with Chardonnay grapes, harvested only by hand. This Demi Sec is the result of two different pressing: the first, soft with the vertical marmonier press, and the second with the classic lung presses. Subsequently the wine ages in bottle for at least 24 months on the lees.

It is characterized by a deep pink color, with a lively and harmonious foam. The nose opens with pleasant aromas of red undergrowth fruits. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh and delicate, with a marked softness.

Perfect to accompany dry sweets and pastries, it is ideal in combination with fresh cheeses.
