Description

Spumante Franciacorta Brut Satèn from Ferghettina comes from vineyards located in the splendid setting of the Adro hills, in Franciacorta.

It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, strictly hand-picked in mid-August. After pressing, the must is placed in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C for alcoholic fermentation, separately for each vineyard. The different wine obtained is assembled only the following spring and bottled for the second fermentation. The aging on the lees lasts 36 months.

This Brut Satèn is characterized by a bright yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a creamy and elegant bouquet, with pleasant aromas of pastry and sugared almonds. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh and aromatic.

Perfect to accompany raw fish, sushi and crustaceans, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes, appetizers, cold cuts and cold cuts.
